Clear, delightful. River has fallen 3-1/2 inches since yesterday. Went all along levee. Working at and raising at Conway and Riverton. Break at White Hall has been closed.
Visited Darrow levee. It has been strengthened somewhat more since yesterday, but is not in a condition to withstand a serious storm.
