Hot and sultry.  Very dusty.  Went to Riverton and Clark in morning.  Wrote Mr. Chiapella about brick which we can get from Mosier, who will have a whole kiln ready in about 10 days.  Wrote Villere sending cheque for $18 for 3 gallons whiskey.
