Clear - warm.  Wrote Beckner to send buggy for me Saturday at 1:00 P.M. if not a bad day.  74 degrees at 2:30 P.M.  Went to Donaldsonville to get some lamp chimneys and wicks.  River at Donaldsonville has fallen 4 feet below highest mark of this spring.
