Cloudy - cooler. Went to Riverton in morning. The chimney about 25 feet high. Went to Orange Grove in afternoon. Work at sugar house progressing well. Frames of both sheds, for boilers, syrup tanks and molasses tanks, erected. Cane looking well on all places and growing fast. In some places nearly high enough to hid a mule ploughing.
