Cool, clear, delightful.  To Orange Grove and Riverton, ram working much better.  Wrote Octave Turcuit that Mr. Mitchell would go to St. James after the election (next Tuesday) and fix fly wheel.  Mr. Chiapella came in afternoon on railroad.
