Dined with Otho Williams at 7 PM. Company, Jne. Morris, Mr. Graham, Capt. Williams, Dr. Tilghman, Otho Williams, Jr., and Mr. Donchus, the British Consul. Very fine and elaborate dinner and abundance of good wine. Very pleasant. Enjoyed it much. Frank invited and urged by Williams to come, but declined.
