Church service in Ballroom. Talked with Henry Buist, Ben Huger and Judge & Mrs. Perkins. The poor old gentleman is now entirely blind - but maintains his cheerfulness. He is as interesting in conversation ever and keeps au cuourant with the news and literature of the day, being read to by a reader employed by him.
