Clear - warm. Had to give up going to Baton Rouge as delegate to Levee Convention - being to unwell. I feel somewhat better today, but not well enough to travel. Wrote Anna Parker sending her cheque for $250 as requested by Miss Perenneau to pay mantua-makers and other bills for the children.
